Note: We prefer vector formats for designs that will be cut, like DXF or Adobe Illustrator.

24 hour guarantee

Our 24-hour guarantee is for all unpainted products. If you'd like your item painted, it will be an additional 72 business hours simply because the paint has to have time to dry between sanding. Our 24-hour policy applies to business days only! Our weekends are reserved for decorating parties and spending time with our family. If you finalize your order before 11 am, your order will be ready for pickup the next business day (holidays not included). If your order is finalized on Monday, it will be ready for pick up on Tuesday. If finalized on Friday, it will be ready on Monday. Please note that the policy does NOT apply to painted or "fully custom" pieces (such as logos, non-name designs, etc.). A sanded unpainted sign with your letters is not considered fully custom and WILL be ready in 24 hours.
