DISCOVERY CALL
Once we receive your service request, you will receive a confirmation email with a
link to scheduled your
complimentary discovery call consultation where we'll be talk in-depth about your event details and design ideas. You can prepare for the call by taking measurements and photos of your event space and collecting design inspiration and ideas.
THE BRAINSTORM
Together we discuss unique and creative ways to bring your theme and vision into reality while keeping your budget intact. We use our knowledge, expertise and even some mock-up illustrations to create the best decor for your event.
SECURING YOUR DATE
We will prepare invoice or proposal based on the decor needs and email you with steps to secure your decor and event date with us. Once a payment is received and or a service agreement is signed you are booked, YAY!
DESIGN + PRODUCTION
Supplies are gathered and count down officials begins! We prep and build most of the decor in our work studio where our team turn design concepts into tangible pieces of art for each event.
DELIVERY + SETUP
Once the design and deposit has been accepted, we get to work! The week before your pickup or delivery, a final invoice will be sent. Once final payment is received, we show up, install, and do what we do best!
