Hold The Date
Our Hold the Date service insures we reserves the event or setup date along with a maximum 3 hour install window prior to your event start time to facilitate setup. This provides you comfort knowing you have secured our availability for your event while we work out the details of the services you would like to book with us. Here are the terms:
- Hold the Date Fee: $150 non-refundable but will be applied to your final invoice balance.
- Hold the Date Agreement must be signed within 48 hours of receipt.
- Payment may be made online using any major debit or credit card.
